WHEREAS, CUpertino Gateway Partners, a California General Partnership,
Grantor, has executed a Grant of Non-exclusive Easement for Emergency
Vehicle Access which is in g:xxi and sufficient form, conveying to the City
of Cupertino, Grantee, an easement for erærgency vehicle access over the
property situate in the City of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, ¡¡pre particularly des=ibed in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B",
attached hereto and made a part hereof:
All that certain real property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
located over private property extending fran Mariani
Avenue to Merritt Drive, approxina.tely 0.187 a=e.
N:M, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of CUpertino accept said
Grant so tendered¡ and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS EASEMENT
An Emergency Vehicle Access Easement situate in Lot 7 of that
certain Parcel Map filed for record in Book 630 of Maps at pages 2,
3 and 4, lying within the City of Cupertino, county of Santa Clara,
State of California described as follows:
Commencing at the most southeasterly corner of said Lot 7;
Thence South 89" 58' 34" West 74.12 feet along the southerly line
of said Lot 7 to the Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing along said southerly line South 89" 58' 34" West
45.88 feet;
Thence northwesterly along a non-tangent curve to the left, concave
southwesterly with a radius of 15.00 feet from which the radial
line bears South 74' 38' 07" West through a central angle of 77'
41' 44" for an arc length of 20.34 feet;
Thence northwesterly along a reverse curve to the right, concave
northeasterly with a radius of 157.50 feet through a central angle
of 49" 20' 36" for an arc length of 135.64 feet;
