THE CITY OF CUPERTIOO AND DEVEIDPER, CIIEN- YUNG CHaJ, 11366 BUBB ROAD
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
ilIprovement agreement bet1Neen the City of Cupertino and developer
Chen- Yilllg Chou for the installation of certain numicipal ilIprovements at
11366 BuJ:i¡ Road and said agreaœnt having been approved by the City
Attorney, and Developer having paid the fees as outlined in the attached
Exhibit Ai
J!OoI', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign the aforemantioned agreement on behalf of the
City of Cupertino.
