WHEREAS, Chen-Yung Chou and Shao-Hua Y. Chou, have executed a Grant of
Easemant for Roadway Purposes which is cpod and sufficient fo:rm, granting
to the City of Cupertino, Coilllty of Santa Clara, State of California,
easemant over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the
City of Copyrighting, IIDre particularly described in Exhibit "A" and
Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
Coillltyof Santa Clara, State of California, ronsisting of approxi-
mately 0.05 acres at 11366 BuJ:i¡ Road.
J!OoI', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tenderedi and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
rerord said dedication and this Resolution.
