RESOLUTION NO. 8752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO ADOPTING A REVISED WAGE RATE SCHEDULE
FOR EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED BY OPERATING ENGINEERS
UNION LOCAL NO.3
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8687 adopted on July 20, 1992, approved a
Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Cupertino and the Operating
Engineers Local No.3; and
WHEREAS, the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) rate has been
reduced, thereby necessitating a change in the wage rate for employees represented by
the Union.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that "Attachment A, Wage Rate
Schedule, Public Works Unit, Effective September 1, 1992", attached hereto as "Exhibit
"A", be adopted as the wage rate schedule for employees represented by Operating
Engineers Union Local No.3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
