SIGNING OF FINAL MI\P AND IMPROIIEMENT PLANS; AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTIoo OF AGREEMENT IN CDilNEcr!Ioo THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and
for authorization to record final rœp of Tract No. 83352 located on
Charsan Lane¡Rainbow Drive showing certain avenues, drives, places, and
roads by Charsan Developnent, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed
agreement for the mnstruction of streets, curbs, and gutters, and for
other inprovaœnts, and good and sufficient bonds, fees, and deposits as
set forth in Exhibit "A" having been presented for the faithful
perfornance of said work and the carrying out of said agreement; and said
map, agreement, and bonds having been approved by the City Attorney;
NCM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
a. Said final rœp and inprovaœnt plans of Tract 8352, be and the
saræ are hereby approved.
b. The offer of dedication for roadway and for easaœnts is hereby
accepted.
c. The City Engineer and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign said final map.
d. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to sign the inprovement
plans.
e. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement herein referred to.
