AœEPI'ING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FCR OIIERIAND S'IDRM DRAIN
PURPOSES FRCM CHARSAN PROPERl'IES, A CALIFURNIA LIMI'JED
PAR'INERSHIP, IDCA'JED 00' CHARSAN LANE
WHEREAS, Charsan Properties, a California Limited Partnership,
Grantor, has executed a Grant of Easement which is in gxrl and sufficient
fonn, ronveying to the City of CUpertino, Grantee" an easement for
overland stonn drain pw:poses over the property situate in the City of
CUpertino, Co\IDty of Santa Clara, state of California, IIDre particularly
des=ibed in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part
hereof;
All that certain real property situate in the City of CUpertino,
Co\IDty of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of a¡:proxi-
nately 0.36 a=e, located on Charsan lane.
1!D'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of CUpertino accept said
Grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.
PASSED AND AOOPIED at a regular meeting of the City Co\IDcil of the
City of CUpertino this 19th day of October , 1992, by the

municipal corporation, hereinafter called GRANl'EE, the right to excavate,
maintain ani use for over lam stonn drain p.¡rposes as Grantee shall fran
tiIœ to tÜ¡¡e elect within the hereinafter described property of those
certain premises which are situate in the City of CUpertino, County of
Santa Clara, state of California, am described as foll~:

Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee the right am privilege to
enter upon his lands contiguous to am alon:J the line of said hereinabove

contiguous to said strip on either or both sides thereof for the purpose
