WHEREAS, there has been sul::Jnitted to the staff a lot line adjustment
between lots A and B of the land of Bobby G. Bell and the land of Lotus
Developnent and Construction, Inc., San Juan Road west of Cordova Road;
and IIDre particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
N:M, 'lHEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby approves the aforaœntioned lot line adjustment and
exenpts it fran the requiranents of the parcel map.
This resolution shall be rea>rded at the Office of the County
Recorder .

Beginning at an angle point in the Northeasterly boundary of
