A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR PHASE I,
BLACKBERRY FARM UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT 93-9105
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that Change
Order No. 1 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of Public
Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it is hereby approved in conjunction
with the project known as
FOR PHASE I, BLACKBERRY FARM UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS,
PROJECT 93-9105
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further
appropriation is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 19th day of April ,1993, by the following vote:

posts
IF. Install triplex for pumpstation and christy box
IG. Install C.O. for restroom, backflow preventor, and gate
valves, etc.
