RESOLUTION NO. 8880
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES FROM TIMOTIIY F. YUEN AND PHYLLIS L.
YUEN CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 0.01 ACRES, LOCATED
SAN FERNANDO AVENUE
WHEREAS, Timothy F. Yuen and Phyllis L. Yuen have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway and Public Utility purposes which is in good and sufficient fonn,
granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement
over certain real property for roadway and public utility purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit" A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City the Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.01 acres on San Fernando Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of May ,1993,bythefollowingvote:

Public Roadway and Public Utility
Easement over a Portion of the
Lands of Yuen to be Conveyed
to the City of Cupertino
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, being an easement for public roadway purposes and the
installation and maintenance of public utility facilities over a portion of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to Timothy F. Yuen and Phyllis H. Yuen, husband and wife
as community property, by deed recorded June 13, 1989 in Book K982 of Official
Records at page 1197, Santa Clara County Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of said parcel conveyed to Yuen; thence
from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the Southerly line of said parcel conveyed
to Yuen N89°51'20"W 25.00 feet; thence leaving said Southerly line NOoo08'40"E
26.89 feet to the point of intersection with the Southerly line of that certain roadway
easement conveyed to the City of Cupertino by deed recorded September 22,1988 in
Book K690 of Official Records at page 1976; thence along the Southerly line of said
roadway easement from a tangent bearing of S33°24'46"E along a curve to the left
with a radius of 30.00 feet through a central angle of 56°26'34" for an arc length of
29.55 feet to a point in the Easterly line of said parcel conveyed to Yuen; thence
leaving said Southerly line of said roadway easement along the Easterly line of said
parcel conveyed to Yuen SOoo08'40"W 13.47 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 436 square feet, more or less.
