RESOLUTION NO. 8883
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
ISHW AR P. MURARKA AND RAGINI S. MURARKA, CONSISTING OF
APPROXIMATELY 0.01 ACRES, LOCATED ON SAN FERNANDO AVENUE
WHEREAS, Ishwar P. Murarka and Ragini S. Murarka have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City
of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which is
as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of approxi-
mately 0.01 acres on San Fernando Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said dedication and this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of May .1993, by the following vote:

Public Roadway and Public Utility
Easement over a Portion of the
Lands of Murarka to be Conveyed
to the City of Cupertino
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, being an easement for public roadway purposes and the
installation and maintenance of public utility facilities over a portion of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to Ishwar P. Murarka and Ragini S. Murarka, husband and
wife, as joint tenants, by deed recorded July 24, 1992 in Book M296 of Official Records
at page 557, Santa Clara County Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwesterly corner of said parcel conveyed to Murarka;
thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the Westerly line of said parcel
conveyed to Murarka NOoo08'40"E 13.47 feet to the point of intersection with the
. Southerly line of that certain roadway easement conveyed to the City of Cupertino
by deed recorded September 22,1988 in Book K690 of Official Records at page 1983,
Santa Clara County Records; thence along said Southerly line from a tangent bearing
of S89°51'20"E along a curve to the left with a radius of 30.00 feet through a central
angle of 56°26'34" for an arc length of 29.55 feet; thence leaving said Southerly line
SOoo08'40"W 26.89 feet to a point in the Southerly line of said parcel conveyed to
Murarka; thence along last said Southerly line N89°51'20"W 25.00 feet to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
