WHERFAS, the Govemment code Section 22825.6 provides that a
local agency contractin;J un:ier the Meyers~- state Elrployees'
Medical ani Hœpital care Act shall fix the ëIIOOlII1t of the
employer's contribution at an ëIIOOlII1t not less than the ëIIOOlII1t
required un:ier Section 22825 of the Act; ani
WHERFAS, the City of OJpertino is a local agency contractin;J
un:ier the Act;
NCM, 'lEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the employer's
contribution for each employee/annuitant shall be the ëIIOOlII1t
neces'sary to pay the COb-t of hisjher enrollment, incl\Idin;J the
enrollment of hisjher family members, in a health benefit plan or
plans, up to a maximum of
