INCREASING AM:XJNT PAID TCMARD INSURANΠPREMIUMS FOR /'

WHEREAS, Camci1Jnel!tJers presently are eligible for up to
$343.50 per I!Dllt:h for insurance premiums; am
WHEREAS, this ëtm:Ilmt was deteDn:ined at a time when same
ëtm:Ilmt was provided for City enployees; am
WHEREAS, the ëtm:Ilmt toward enployees' insurance benefits has
been increased to a maxiJmnn of $343.50 each 1!Dllt:h;
NCM, 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Camcil of the
city of CUpertino authorizes up to $343.50 per I!Dllt:h paid towards
insurance premiums for each CamcilJnørnh<>.r am that insurance
premiums eligible for such payment are insurance programs which
are provided other City enployees.
