portion of that parcel of land described in the Grant Deed recorded October 16, 2013, in
Document No. 224"l 614 5 of Official Records, Santa Clara County Records, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of said parcel of land, being on the westerly line of
Orange Avenue;
Thence along the southerly line of said parcel of land, North 89o1 7'42" West, 5.00 feet, to a line
parallel with and 25' westerly of the centerline of Orange Avenue;
