portion of that parcel of land described in the Grant Deed recorded April 'I 3, 2009, in Document

BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of said parcel of land being on the westerly line of
Orange Avenue;
Thence along the southerly line of said parcel of land, North 89o16'53" West, 5.00 feet, to a line
