feet ; thencz, from a tangent that bears N . 21" 06 ' 24" W. , along a
curve to the left, with a radius of 175 .00 feet, through an an to
of 27' 50 ' 48", an are length of 85 .05 feet - thence from a tangent
that bears N . 48' 57 ' 12" W. , along a reverse curve to the right ,
with a radius of 80.00 feet, through an angle of 36 25 ' 25", an
