This Elimination and Removal of Deed Restriction executed
by the City of Cupertino this I.Okjl day of June, 1976.=
W I T N E S S E T H:
On July 16, 1970, a Deed Restriction executed by EDWINA
I. ADORADIO and DONNA M. NAPOLITANO was recorded in Book 8988 of
a
Official Records, page 519, records of Santa Clara County,
California.

The said Restriction contained a provision that the same
shall not be lifted without the consent of the City of Cupertino.
It is intended by this instrument to lift and eliminate the Restric-
t i ons .
h NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the: right given to C12
the City of Cupertino in the said Deed Restriction, the Restriction
MAC
Uj or Restrictions contained therein are hereby eliminated, lifted and
removed from the property described therein and are of no further
force and effect.
