A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCF°PTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM A. R. WOOLWORTH AND BETTY J. WOOLWORTH
WHERV.S, A. R. Woolworth and Betty J. Woolworth have executed a
"Quitclaim Deed and Authorization", which is in good and sufficient form,
quitclaiming all their rights in, and authorizing the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to extract water from the
underground basin, underlying that certain real property situate in the
City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit
"B" as follows:
All that real. property situate in the City of
Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, as shown and delineated on that.
certain map entitled, "Tract No. 4043".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept
said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered: and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this
resolution.

APPROVING FnW, MAP OF TRACT NO. 4043: ACCEPTING CERTAIN DRIVES,
PLACZS, AVENUES AID ROADS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER
AND THE CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE FINAL MAP: AND
AUTHORIZING THE AGREFXENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council for approval and for
authorization to record a final map of Tract No. 4043, showing certain avenues,
drives, places, and roads; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed agreement
for the construction of streets, curbs and gutters, and for other improvements,
and good and sufficient bonds having teen presented for the faithful performance
of said work and the carrying out of said agreement- and said map, agreement, and
bonds having been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said final man of Tract No. 4043 be and
the same is, hereby, approved: and the avenues, drives, p- Ls and reads shown
thereon be an& the same are hereby accepted; and the City Engineer and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to s'an said final man: and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement herein referred to in behalf

(5) Therefore, the total amount reimbursable to DEVELOPER
by CITY is obtained as Five thousand two hundred and sixty
dollars. $5,260.00.
(6) Reimbursement of the above named reimbursable amount
shall be in accordance with CITYIS "Storm Drainage Fee Policy"
adopted by CITY by RESOLUTTON NO. 633 on July 16, 1962, which
policy is made a part hereof by reference and states that DEVELOPER
will be reimbursed by later drainage fees paid to CITY by
developers in the same zone of benefit as shown on CITY' j "Master
Storm Drain Plan" dated November, 1960.
(7) Pa mant.� to DEVEI'`tEP shall be due and payable upon
construction acceptance by the CITY, of the sto-m sewer installati__i
