WHEREAS the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation
Commission finds annexation proposal known as ROO KOO 66-1
to the City of Cupertino is in the public interest and,
WHEREAS the Executive Officer of the Commission has determined
that the boundaries as described in Exhibit A attached are definite
and certain,

territor7 to the City of Cupertino, on which said Resolution notice of the day,
