Article XIV - Amendment
It is mutually understood and agreed that no alteration or
variation of the terns of this contract, or any subcontract re-
quiring the approval of the Administrator and/or the Office of
Traffic Safety, shall be valid unless ;Wade in writing, signed by
the parties hereto, and approved by all necessary parties .
