OBSERVATIONS:
Westridge HOA 22724-22722 Majestic Oak Way: Between the two driveways of 22724-22722 Majestic Oak
Way is a Hollywood Juniper that measures 24" diameter at 4.5 feet above grade. This tree is completely dead
with no visible green growth in the canopy as can be seen by the photos that have been provided. T recommend
that the tree be removed as soon as possible before it becomes a safety hazard to the homeowners or vehicles
that may park in the driveway.

11. No tree described in this report was climbed, unless otherwise stated. We cannot take responsibility for any defects which
could only have been described by climbing. A full root collar inspection, consisting of excavating the soil around the tree to
uncover the root collar and major buttress roots, was not performed, unless otherwise stated. We cannot take responsibility
for any root defects which could only have been discovered by such an inspection.
