SUBJECT: PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION LETTER-U-2022-001
This letter confirms the decision of the Planning Commission,given at the meeting of June
14, 2022, approving a Conditional Use Permit for an existing mono-pine wireless
communications facility (U-2011-02), located at 22475 Rancho Deep Cliff Drive,
according to Planning Commission Resolution No. 6952.
Please be aware that this use permit shall expire within ten years from the date of
approval, on June 14,2032.
Also,please note that an appeal of this decision can be made within 14 calendar days from
the date of the decision. If this happens, you will be notified of a public hearing, which
will be scheduled before the City Council.
