This notice is filed under the provisions of Government Code Section
66424.2. The real property in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
described in the attached Exhibit A and owned by Angelo Guidotti and
Florence L. Guidotti, his wife, is, under the provisions of the Subdivision
Map Act and Ordinance of the City of Cupertino, merged for the purposes
of the Subdivision Map Act into a single parcel.

Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of San Jose Road, distant
thereon south 450 26' west 49.30 ft. from the point of intersection of
the northwesterly line of San Jose Road with the dividing line between
Sections 4 and 5 as shown upon the Map of 9th addition Monta Vista as
hereinafter referred to: thence running north 280 23' west 45.6 ft.
north 660 32' west 318.1 ft.; north 791 21; west 225.8 ft.; north 740

to the southwest corner of Section 369 of Inspiration Heights, Monta Vista,
