RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 6346 AND APPROVING CORRECTED
LOT LINE ADJUSTMMgT BETWEEN TWO PARCELS OF LAND WIMOUI'
A PARCEL MAP IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 66412(d) OF
SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AS AMENDED JPNUARY 1, 1984,
LOTS 4 AND 5, TRACT NO. 5990, RAINBOWS END
WHEREAS, the City Council, on June 4, 1984, adopted Resolution No.
6346 approving a lot line adjustment between Lots 4 and 5, Tract No. 5990;
and
WHEREAS, a correction is necessary in the legal description of the
foregoing Resolution; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented a corrected lot line adjustment
between Lots 4 and 5 of Tract No. 5990, and more particularly described in
the attached Exhibits "A" and "B"; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the adjustment to see if a parcel
map is required; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act, this adjustment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cpertino hereby rescinds Resolution No. 6346 and hereby approved the
corrected lot line adjustment and exempts it from the requirements of the
parcel map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Cupertino this 6th day of January , 1986 by the
