public utilities easemnt in the rear of the Mobil Oil
Station situate on Stevens Creek Boulevard between East
Estates Drive and V%lfe Road be vaoated, and

vacation of said public utilities easement, and
WHERE&S, the oars of the aforesaid property aver
that said public utilities easement would serve no useful
purpose, and
WHEREAS, the sun of $60.00 has been deposited with
the City Clerk of the City aC Cupertino to cover tees and
costs;
