All that certain real property situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, County of Santa Clara, State of California., more particular-
ly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Section 27,
T. 7 S., R. 2 W., M.D.B. & M. distant thereon 1249.75 feet West-
erly from the northeast corner of said Section 27; said point of
beginning being a point on the present City Limits Line of the
City of Cupertino; thence from said point of beginning in a west-
erly direction along said northerly line of Section 27 to a point
at the northwest corner of the northeast 1/4 of said Section 27;
thence southerly along the westerly line of the Northwest 1/4 of
the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 27 a distance of 310.0 feet to
point thereon; thence leaving said westerly line and running
northeasterly in a direct line to a point which bears South 200.00
feet from the point of beginning; thence North 200.00 feet to the
point of beginning.

the Cupertino Elementary School District Office, 10300
Vista Drive, Cupertino, as the time and place for
hearing.
