of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939 of the State of California.
Said territory is uninhabited territory, and is situate in the
County of Santa Clara State of California.
The undersigned petitioners) is (are) the owner(s) of not
less than one-fourth of the land in the territory proposed to be
annexed to the City of fo , by area, and by assessed
value as shown on the last17�rjnequalized assessment roll of the County
of Santa Clara in which said territory is situated. Said

All that certain real property situate in the County of San-
ta Clara, State of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 23, Township 7 South, Range 2 West, Mount Diablo Base
and Meridian, running thence S. 00 10' W. along the Westerly
side of Section 23, 984.39 feet to a stake standing in said sec-
tion line marked "K. E."; thence from said stake N. 890 551 E.,
14.97 feet to a 3/4" iron pipe set in the northerly line of that
certain 20.31 acre tract of land conveyed by Lillie E. Hanrahan
to Donald E. Regnart, et ux, by Deed dated N,vember 20, 1946 and
