WHEREAS the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation
Commission finds annexation proposal known as
to the City of Cupertino
LINDY 65-5
is in the public interest and,
WHEREAS the Executive Officer of the Commission has determined
that the boundaries as described in Exhibit A attached are definite
and certain,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation
Commission that it does hereby
approve
the aforesaid proposal. Further proceedings in connection with
this annexation may be continued only in compliance with the
approved boundaries described in Exhibit A.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Santa Clara County Local Agency
Formation Commission this January 4, 1966, by the

Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the intersection of the
center line of Lindy Lane with the Section line between Section
22 and 23 Township 7 South, Range 2 West, M.D.B.& M.; thence
leaving Lindy Lane and running along a fence, N. 10 19tE. 552.09
feet to an iron pipe, said point also being a point on the city
limits line of the City of Cupertino as established by Cupertino
annexation Crump 62-3; thence along said city limits line the
following courses and distances: S. 890 131 30" E., 218.98 feet
to an iron pipe; thence S. 760 14, 40" E., 108.14 feet; thence
S. 890 50' E., 317.40 feet to an iron pipe;_fh-ence N. 00 101 E,
235.19"A.-o an iron -pipe; thence N. 00 101 E., along the easterly
line of that certain tract of land conveyed by Margaret L.
Erickson, et al, to Henry K. Griffith, et ux, by Deed recorded
February 28, 1961, in Book 5086 of Official Records, Page 257,
Santa Clara County Records, to the intersection thereof with the
westerly prolongation of the northerly line of that certain 1.001
acre tract of land conveyed to Frank Alves, et ux, by Deed re-
corded August 3, 1961, in Book 5252 of Official Records, Page 126,
Santa Clara County Records; thence from the last named intersection
easterly along the last named westerly prolongation to the north-
west corner of said 1.001 acre tract, thence south, 170-00 feet;
