All that certain real property in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as follows:
Being a strip of land across the easterly portion of said parcel of land described as Lot 2,
as shown on that Lot Line Adjustment which was recorded as Instrument Number
11760522, on February 3, 1993, in Santa Clara County Official Records, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of said Lot 2, said point also being on the centerline
of Cordova Road, thence, along the centerline of Cordova Road, and along the easterly
boundary of said Lot 2, South 10°41'55" East, 60.16 feet, (formerly shown as South
10°41'55" East, 60.53 feet), to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 2, as shown upon said
Lot Line Adjustment;
Thence, leaving the centerline of Cordova Road, and continuing along the southerly
