CITY OF CUPERTINO 10300 Torre Avenue Cupertino, California 95014 RESOLUTION NO. 4684 and 4685 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO A�'PROVING MINOR SITE AND ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 19.132 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION I• PROJECT DESCRIPTION Application No.: 10-U-94 (Mod.) Applicant: Community Housing Developers Property Owner: Community Housing Developers Location: Southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Tantau Avenue SECTION II: FINDINGS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino received an application for approval for minor site and architectural changes to an existing building as described in this Resolution; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the changes are beneficial and compatible with the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after careful consideration of maps, facts, e�ibits, testimony and other evidence submitted in this matter, the building modifications described above are hereby approved subject to the conditions which are enumerated in this Resolution; and That the subconclusions upon which the findings and conditions specified in this Resolution are based and contained in the Public hearing record concerning Application 10-U-94 (Mod.), as set forth by the Minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting of February 26, 1996, and are incorporated by reference herein. SECTION III• CONDITIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPT 1. APPROVED EXHIBITS Approval is based on Sheets 2, 11, 12 except as may be amended by the conditions contained in this resolution. The landscaping on the west elevation of Building E shall be espalier.
