STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS
Staff Report
Erick Serrano provided the commission a report on a potential mural project on the sound wall
of Hwy 280 and Wolfe Road exit. There is a lot of graffiti, and what happens is that the City has
to contact Santa Clara Valley Water District to paint over the graffiti. The idea from the building
official is to set up another Art in Unexpected Places on the sound wall. The art could be
commissioned or a contest depending on the direction from the commission.
