Tentative City Council hearing date - September 6, 1983. Assistant Planning Director Cowan presented a staff report to the Commission and explained the reason for continuance of the application from the meeting of July 11, 1983. Discussion ensued between staff and Commission regarding the project site which included location of guardrails. Terry Brown, 10035 Byrne, addressed the Commission clarification of the lot 7 ommission and explained property access and barricade in front of lot 5. on to state that he would prefer to have a masonry front of the site rather than a steel barricade. vi i th a the Able He went wall in Discussion ensued between Commission and nr. regarding the architecture of the sites. Brown Assistant Planning Director Cowan suggested to Commission_.. that some kind of control for the facade designs should be added to the conditions of approval. - Com. Koenitzer stated that the designs should be evaluated at ASAC and that he would not like to see post and pillar construction at the sites. David Sypnicki, 10101 Scenic Boulevard, presented his concerns regarding the project to the Commission. These included barricades, soil erosion and control of building designs. It was moved by Com. 3laine, seconded by Com. Clùudy ùnd passeJ with a unanimous vote to approve application 6-2-83 with standùrd conditions 1-14, 15 amended, 16 and 17. It was moved by Corn. Ulaine, seconded by Com. Claudy and passed with a unanimous vote to approve application 9-TM-83 11ith standard conditions 1-11,15, delete 16,17,13 amended, 19 amended, 20, and findings and subconclusions as per staff report. Dlaine, seconded by Corn. r:oenitzer and passed with a unanimous vote to approve application 20-U-83 with standard conditions 1-11, 15, delete 16, 17 amended, 18, 19, 28, 21, 22 amended, 23, 24 amended and findings and subconclusions as per staff report. - It was moved by Com. Com. Voenitzer expressed his support of the zero lot line design and concerns \Úth the interior layout of the project. Commission discussion ensued regarding the project site. Sherm Waldman, 7585 Bollinger Rd., stated to Commission that he concurred with Mr. Lewis regarding the extension of Bollinger Road. He went on to state that he would like to see adequate Not a Through Street signs, actions taken to prevent speeding on Bollinger and street improvements. Bob Shey, 10762 Stelling, detailed his project to the Commission and stated that he was against a circuitous route to Stelling. Ed Jauch, 10760 S. Stelling Rd., presented a wall map to the Commission which explained optional routes of access to Stelling Rd. I t was moved by Com.
