Application 23-U-83 of PINN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION: USE PERMIT to construct 46 attached residential dwelling units and ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW: The Environmental Review Committee recommends the granting of a Negative Declaration. The subject property is located on the northeast corner of Torre Avenue and Rodrigues Avenue in a P (Planned Development with commercial, office and residential, maximum 30 dwelling units per gross acre intent) zoning district. First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing date - August 15, 1983. Assistant Planning Director Cowan presented a staff report to the Commission recommending continuation of the application for further modification of plans. Allan Pinn, 2470 the construction plans. Chairperson Adams requested a more concise explanation of the staff's recommendation. Assistant Planning Director Cowan further explained to the Commission. First Hearing. Tentative City Council hearing date - August 15, 1983. Director of Planning and Development Sisk presented a staff report to the Commission. Terry Brown, 10035 Byrne, that all projects were on the intent of the entrance addressed the Commission stating subdivided property and explained to the project. Cleo Marshall, resident, questioned the Commission as to whether the project would maintain the rural atmosphere of the surrounding area. She went on to question the recent cutting of a neighborhood tree on the project site. Terry Brown, addressed the Commission regarding the cut tree. It was moved by Com. Blaine, seconded by Com.
