Written Communications: None
Oral Communications: Michael K. Perkins, Associate Pastor of the De Anza Bible Church,
10100 North Stelling Road, asked the Planning Commission for information regarding the
procedure for submitting a rezoning application to consider a parsonage for the North
Stelling Road site. Mr. Perkins was informed that City Planning staff members could
provide assistance.
Public Hearings:
1. Application 33-U-79 of Gregg C. Bunker (Photo Drive-Up)
The public hearing was closed followed by consensus vote to direct the City Attorney
to prepare a resolution with findings to revoke use permit Application 33-U-79.
The Planning Commission directed staff to agendize the proceedings to consider
the resolution with findings and formally vote on said resolution on September 14, 1981.
2. Application 3l-U~67 (Revised) of Key Chevrolet
The Planning Commission withdrew revocation proceedings for use permit Application
3l-U-67 (Revised) based upon verbal stipulation from Paul Weiss, owner of Key
Chevrolet, that new inventory (new or used vehicles) will not be stored on the
Stelling Road lot and that employee parking on said lot will be limited to
a historical pattern of use.

3. CITY OF CUPERTINO: Public Hearing to consider an amendmppt to the Housing Element
of the City of Cupertino's General Plan.
The Planning Commission agreed with the amendment strategy recommended by staff
and continued the Public Hearing until September 14, 1981 to consider a second draft.
New Business:
4. Lincoln Properties: Request for Amendment of General Plan Land Use Element for 7 acres
located within Town Center.
The Planning Commission directed staff to tentatively schedule a Public Hearing for
October 26, 1981 to consider a General Plan amendment for the Town Center Planning
area. The final decision to schedule a meeting will be made on September 28, 1981
following a review of a General Plan status report.
Report of the Planning Commission:
Chairman Claudy discussed the City Councils decision to cease preparing detailed
minutes. He informed the members that a new format will be used.
