Reso 2250 1-CDPR 3-81 RESOLUTION NO. 2250 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL DEVELOPMENT 110 PLAN TO CONSTRUCT A THREE UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING. APPLICANT: Robert Merrick ADDRESS: 10190 Hillcrest Road, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: September 1, 1981 LOCATION: Northeast side of Alpine Drive approximately 380 ft. southeast of Foothill Boulevard FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of October 12, 1981. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibits A, B, C, D, E and F of Application 1-CDPR 3-81 as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein. 410 16. The building will have to be modified to conform with the side yard setback requirements of the R3 zone (i.e. 18 ft. of setback for building height which is greater than 24 ft.)
