Crest Drive, approximately 100 ft. southerly of Linda Vista Drive.(Parcel A recorded in Book 244 of Maps, Page 16) FINDINGS: The Planning Commission finds as follows with respect to this application: 1. That the request modification will improve the setback relationship between the subject house and an adjoining residence to the south; and 2. That a modified front yard definition will minimize the need for grading of this hillside property.
