SOF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING A NORTHERLY
FRONT YARD AREA DEFINITION FOR A SINGLE-
FAMILY LOT, IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 5.21 OF ORDINANCE 991.

LOCATION: West side of Mt. Crest Drive, approximately 100 ft. southerly of

FINDINGS:
The Planning Commission finds as follows with respect to this application:
1. That the request modification will improve the setback
relationship between the subject house and an adjoining
residence to the south; and
2. That a modified front yard definition will minimize the need for
grading of this hillside property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1981, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
