OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF A REQUEST TO MODIFY
TENTATIVE MAP APPLICATION 17-TM-80 and USE PERMIT
APPLICATION 24-U-80 TO DELETE THE REQUIREMENT FOR
JOINT EMERGENCY FIRE ACCESS AND BIKE PATH LOCATED
ADJACENT TO AND PARALLEL TO REGNART CREEK.

SUBMITTED: February 20, 1981
LOCATION: North side of Orogrande Place approximately 450 ft. westerly
of Stelling Road in a P (Planned Development with single-
family intent) zoning district.
FURTHER FINDINGS:
Said joint emergency fire access and bike path may be deleted at the option
of the applicant if the applicant gains legal vehicular access to Parcel
Three. The legal documents ensuring access shall be reviewed as to form
and content by the City Attorney prior to approval of the final map and
the subsequent recordation.
The requirement for a 6 ft. bike/pedestrian path along the Creek shall
remain in the general location depicted on the approved Tentative Map
Exhibit A and Use Permit Exhibit A.
An emergency fire turn-around shall be provided to the satisfaction of the
Central Fire District. The design of said turn-around shall be approved
by the Director of Public Works.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1981, at a regular, meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
