RESOLUTION NO. 2167 (Minute Order) •
OF THE.PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
INFORMING THE ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE APPROVAL
le COMMITTEE OF THE PLANNING COMMISSIONS CONCERN
REGARDING THE FENCING AND LANDSCAPING DESIGN FOR THE
STELLING ROAD FRONTAGE OF THE PROPOSED AUTOMOBILE
STORAGE YARD ON THE KEY CHEVROLET SITE.

The Planning Commission determined that although fencing is
required to screen automobiles and provide visual access for
Stelling Road police patrols, the landscaping and. fence
design/materials should, to' the greatest degree possible,
• reflect the City's high design standards adopted for
major boulevards in the downtown area.

• PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 1981, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the following
roll call vote:
