APPROVING A CHANGE IN THE USE OF A PORTION OF A
4,100± SQ. FT. BUILDING, WHICH IS NON-CONFORMING
BECAUSE OF INADEQUATE NUMBER OF OFF-STREET
PARKING SPACES , TO ALLOW RETAIL CLOTHING SALES.
THE APPROVED USES FOR THE SUBJECT BUILDING SHALL
INCLUDE A HARDWARE STORE (ORIGINAL USE) ; RETAIL HOUSE
PLANT/GARDEN SUPPLY STORE, UPHOLSTERY OR CARPET SALES ;
AND/OR RETAIL CLOTHING SALES .
