OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
1110 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR DWELLING UNITS IN A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT.

LOCATION: Easterly of and adjacent to Terry Way at its southerly terminus.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
15. The approval is based upon Exhibit B 2nd Revision of Application
28-U-76.
16. A landscaping screen be placed adjacent to the rear yard of the property
line of each lot to screen the dwellings from the adjoining commercial/
office building. The screening design shall be approved by the Archi-
tectural and Site Approval Committee.
