11111 RESOLUTION NO. 1645 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CUPERTINO, RECOMMENDING THAT
THE CITY COUNCIL ENACT AN INTERIM
ZONING ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE
CONVERSION OF MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS
INTO CONDOMINIUMS FOR A ONE-YEAR
PERIOD.
The Planning Commission finds that the Interim Zoning Ordinance is necessary
inasmuch as the enactment of a Condominium Conversion Ordinance is heavily
dependent upon an amended Housing Element which reflects the current housing
situation and establishes objectives related to the role that multi-family
units play in the housing mix for the City of Cupertino.

the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
