Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based on Exhibits A, B, and C of Application 1-CDPR3-77, as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. The Architectural and Site Approval Committee shall analyze the privacy intrusion mitigation solutions suggested in this application, including detailed assessment of landscaping installation. The appli- ® cant shall supply cross section site distance diagrams to the Committee demonstrating visual corridors from rear elevation, upper-story windows into on-site private rear yards and into adjoining properties east of the site. 17.
