California 95014 SUBMITTED: May 6, 1977 LOCATION: Northerly of and adjacent to Palm Avenue approximately 100 ft. east of the intersection of Palm Avenue and Foothill Blvd. • ACREAGE: i2 acre ZONE: R1-10 (Residential, single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS : Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of June 13, 1977. CONDITIONS : 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do. not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. ® 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 8-TM-77, as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein. 16. That the applicant dedicate and improve a 30 ft. half street section for Palm Avenue. 17. The site planning for the eventual development of Parcel Two shall include a provision for adequate turn around space for emergency vehicles.
