RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO ADJUST
THE PROPERTY LINE INVOLVING TWO EXISTING LOTS OF
RECORD, RESULTING IN TWO LOTS CONTAINING A MINIMUM
OF 10,000 SQ. FT. EACH.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS :
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of June 13, 1977.
CONDITIONS :
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do. not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
® 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 8-TM-77,
as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the applicant dedicate and improve a 30 ft. half street section
for Palm Avenue.
17. The site planning for the eventual development of Parcel Two shall
include a provision for adequate turn around space for emergency
vehicles.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
