OF THE PLANNING COMMIS ION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP APPLICATION
5-TM-77, TO SUBDIVIDE 5.2 ACRES INTO 20 SINGLE-FAMILY
CLUSTER LOTS , ONE LOT TO BE HELD IN COMMON OWNERSHIP;
ONE LOT TO ACCOMMODATE AN EXISTING FOURPLEX; AND ONE
COMMERCIAL LOT.

SUBMITTED: April 12, 1977
LOCATION: Stevens Creek and Foothill Boulevard.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of July 11, 1977.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit B 3rd Revision of Application
411 5-TM-77 as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
16. The applicant shall be required to contribute 25% of the cost of the
traffic signal to be located at the intersection of Foothill Blvd.
and Stevens Creek Blvd.
17. The common lot line between the commercial and residential portions
of the site shall be adjusted to provide some landscaping area on the
commercial side.

Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
