Reso 1717 12-TM-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1717 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO DIVIDE APPROXIMATELY SEVENTEEN (17) ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS APPLICANT: Sobrato-Berg Properties ADDRESS: 2775 Middlefield. Rd. , Palo Alto, California 94306 SUBMITTED: June 20, 1977 LOCATION: Southeast corner of the intersection of De Anza Blvd. and Mariani _Avenue ZONE: P (Planned Development) FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of July 13, 1977. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions -Co the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 12-TM-77, as may be modified by additional conditions contained within. 110 16. The applicants/property owners shall sign a statement agreeing to provide reciprocal ingress/egress easements, and reciprocal maintenance agreement where applicable, between the parcels involved in this appli- cation. Said agreement shall be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. Said easements shall be recorded.
