Reso 1724 16-TM-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1724 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP TO ADJUST PROPERTY LINES BETWEEN TWO PARCELS EFFECTING A TRANSFER OF .33 ACRES FROM ONE PARCEL TO ANOTHER. APPLICANT: Vallco Park, Ltd. ADDRESS: P.O. Drawer V, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: July 15, 1977 LOCATION: On the west side of Wolfe Road at the intersection of Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue. ZONE: P (Planned Development) FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS : Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of August 8, 1977. CONDITIONS: 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A of 16-TM-77 except as may be modified by additional conditions contained within.
