ZONE: P (Planned Development) FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Denial is recommended subject to the findings and subconclusions as set forth in the Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of September 12, 1977. 1. Full development of the subject site in a conventional low density residential manner is inappropriate because of the lack of interface with existing or future uses within the North De Anza Boulevard Conceptual Planning Area. 2.
