RESOLUTION NO. 1729
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
110 RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF A REQUEST FOR A TENTATIVE MAP
TO SUBDIVIDE APPROXIMATELY 10.6 ACRES INTO 25 SINGLE-
FAMILY LOTS, AND ONE 4.8 ACRE PARCEL.
APPLICANT: B.A.S. Homes, Inc.
ADDRESS: 20823 Stevens Creek Blvd. , Cupertino, California 95014
SUBMITTED: June 24, 1977

of the intersection of Beardon Drive and Greenleaf Drive.
ZONE: P (Planned Development)
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Denial is recommended subject to the findings and subconclusions as set forth
in the Minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of September 12, 1977.
1. Full development of the subject site in a conventional low density
residential manner is inappropriate because of the lack of interface
with existing or future uses within the North De Anza Boulevard
Conceptual Planning Area.
2. That because of the proximity to shopping, schools, employment
opportunities, etc. , the subject site can support higher densities.
