RESOLUTION NO. 1734
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
CONSTRUCTION OF A 10,500 SQ. FT. PROFESSIONAL OFFICE
BUILDING ON A ONE-ACRE SITE.

LOCATION: South side of Pacifica Avenue approximately 110 ft. easterly of
the intersection of De Anza Boulevard.
FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting
of September 12, 1977.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does
exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibits A, B and C of Application
18-U-77, as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
411 16. The applicant shall convert the triangular pavement area, at the
northwesterly corner of the site, to landscape area and modify or
relocate the adjoining 32 ft. driveway curb cut slightly to the
west to more directly align with the on-site driveways of the
adjoining service station. The above shall be completed to the
satisfaction of the staff, and shall be subject to the ability of
the applicant to gain the permission of the service station property
owner/s should an easement exist over this area.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1977, at a regular meeting
of the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California,
by the following roll call vote:
