Reso 1739 • 19-TM-77 RESOLUTION NO. 1739 OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE MAP TO COMBINE FOUR EXISTING LOTS INTO ONE PARCEL FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXPANDING THE CITY'S CORPORATION YARD. APPLICANT: City of Cupertino ADDRESS: 10300 Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: August 23, 1977 LOCATION: North of Stevens Creek Boulevard, west of Mary Avenue FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS: Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of September 12, 1977. CONDITIONS : 1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict does exist, the special conditions enumerated herein shall apply. 15. The approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 19-TM-77, as may be modified by additional conditions contained herein.
