FINDINGS:
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1.
FURTHER FINDINGS
The Commission further finds that the existing duplex development pattern
on the lot represents an exceptional circumstance and therefore the variance
request is justified.

the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
