OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
IIIRECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE MAP TO SUBDIVIDE
APPROXIMATELY .39 ACRES INTO TWO PARCELS.

FINDINGS AND SUBCONCLUSIONS :
Approval is recommended subject to the findings as set forth on Page 1 and
subconclusions as set forth in the minutes of the Planning Coumiission meet-
ing of October 10, 1977.
CONDITIONS:
1-14. Standard Conditions to the extent that they do not conflict with
special conditions enumerated herein. In the event a conflict
does exist, the special conditions enumerated heein shall apply.
15. That the approval is based upon Exhibit A of Application 22-TM-77
as may be amended by additional conditions contained herein.
16. That the applicant shall be required to raise the height of the
masonry block wall located on the easterly property line of
Parcels 1 and 2, to a minimum height of 6 ft. throughout its
entirety as measured from the westerly side of the wall.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1977, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
